Mission

Linkedin has become THE web community for the professional workplace and with .NET being the leader in enterprise software development, the need for a specific user group arrived quickly.

Established in 2007 by Inbar Gazit (who is not only our President, but an accomplished .NET Application Development Manager himself) LIDNUG soon distanced itself from other LinkedIn user groups by offering truly relevant content and taking the stance of “all .NET all the time” very seriously.

In order to ensure our message, LIDNUG has a global staff of managers and moderators that work hard to guarantee our presentations and discussions are topics that people have a genuine interest in, while simultaneously policing the “garbage” that plagues other social communities.

LIDNUG.org gives us an entirely new platform to fill in any gaps or provide any other number of services that we may not be able to accomplish within the confines of LinkedIn.com.

Plus, having total control of our own site means the gloves are off, so expect an entire host of new features and tools to become available as fast as we can come up with them…Welcome to your home away from home LIDNUGGERS!!!
